“A U.S.-based nonprofit, the Mountain Seed Foundation, founded by a former Marine Corps officer who served at the U.S. Embassy in Kyiv, started a GoFundMe fundraiser to raise $25,000 to support the Ukrainian members of the embassy staff and their families. Among the donors to the campaign appeared to be Geoffrey Pyatt, who previously served as U.S. ambassador to Ukraine.”

We are grateful for the spotlight on our efforts to assist employees and families of the US Embassy Kyiv, but we remain neutral on the larger issues addressed in their article.
